Buffet catering for your occasion

Start with the people and the programme. The menu should work around both.

Different events need different food plans

An office lunch may have a short break and a named delivery contact. A wedding buffet needs to fit speeches, venue access and evening guests. A family gathering may involve children, staggered arrivals and a busy host. We ask about the occasion so the menu and service can fit the day.

A useful first conversation

You do not need every detail settled. A date or preferred date range, venue or area, estimated guest count and intended eating time are enough to start a sensible brief. Tell us what is still undecided so we can distinguish the fixed parts of your plan from the choices you want to discuss.

Decide how much help you need

Some hosts want food delivered and handed over. Others need setup, serving staff or equipment. Read delivery and service options before comparing proposals, particularly if the venue has no staff to assist during the meal.

Keep the agreement specific

Your written quotation should explain the menu, food allowance, date, venue, serving arrangements and total. Service photographs and planning ideas do not establish a standard package. Changes are subject to availability and express agreement.
