Choose the help that makes the day easier
You may want food delivered to a named person, a buffet set out and ready for guests, or staff to support the meal. Decide which tasks you want covered and let the quotation bring the food and service together.
| Option | Useful when | Agree in the proposal |
|---|---|---|
| Delivery with handover | You have someone ready to receive the food and manage the agreed arrangements | Food, quantity, access, delivery window and instructions |
| Delivery & setup | You want the food arranged in the agreed serving area | Presentation, equipment, setup work and the point of handover |
| Staffed buffet | You want support during the meal | Staff roles, service period, equipment and clearing-away scope |
A delivery plan that reaches the right room
For a workplace, provide reception and security instructions, the room and the correct entrance. At a home or garden, explain unloading, steps and the food area. At a hall, share the opening time, kitchen rules and the deadline for leaving the building.
Example plan
A staffed buffet at a hired venue
The event contact confirms the room layout and access window. The proposal identifies the food, service point, staff tasks and equipment. The team and venue contact know who handles the buffet area, guest waste and any collection after the serving period.
Equipment and presentation
Tell us which tables, coverings, serving items, plates and cutlery the venue already provides. The quote can then identify the items needed for your menu and service. Grazing displays and table boards also need an agreed presentation and collection plan.
The final handover
Agree who receives the food, follows the supplied instructions and remains available for equipment collection. Clarify responsibilities for leftover food, guest waste, bins and room cleaning so the event ends as smoothly as it begins.
