Enquiry, quotation and booking
Availability, prices and suitability are reviewed for each event. Submitting an enquiry does not reserve a date or create a booking. Your quotation, agreement and payment instructions are supplied separately.
Your written specification
Check the date, venue, services, guest allowance where relevant, total, operating or serving times and all inclusions. Images show examples or inspiration; they do not define the equipment, dishes, accessories or staffing included in your own booking.
Changes and practical details
Tell us about venue restrictions, access, setup and collection arrangements before booking. Later changes are subject to availability and written agreement. For an existing enquiry or booking, reply in your original email thread and include the event date and booking reference if you have one.
Contact and office hours
Enquiries will open soon. Office email is monitored Monday–Friday, 9am–5pm UK time. We aim to reply within two working days. For a weekend event, raise questions during the preceding working week and allow time for a response.
