Four menu ideas, a clearer starting point
Have a look at the food you would enjoy, then tell us how it fits your occasion. These menus bring together named dishes from our wider menu repertoire into practical starting points for a buffet conversation.
These are suggested menu combinations to start the conversation. Your quotation confirms the final dishes, food allowance, service and price. Photographs show food and presentation inspiration, rather than the exact contents of an example menu.
Choose the format around your guests
The menu name is the beginning of the plan. A short office lunch needs a different serving approach from evening food at a wedding. Explain whether the buffet is a light meal, the main meal or part of a longer reception.
| Format | A useful fit | Plan alongside it |
|---|---|---|
| Cold buffet or platters | Working lunches and flexible daytime food | The eating time, delivery point and serving area |
| Warm savoury selection | A themed buffet or informal celebration | Service timing, facilities and any staffing |
| Grazing display or table boards | A relaxed sharing occasion | Display space, portion allowance and presentation |
Make it your menu
You can use one example as a starting point or tell us which food styles you would like to combine. We will discuss the dishes, vegetarian choices and quantity required. Add the guest count, venue, eating time and service requirements to your brief.
Food requirements
We cater for expressly agreed food intolerances only, not food allergies. Cross-contact can occur. Discuss requirements before booking; a vegetarian or vegan dish is not automatically suitable for allergies or coeliac requirements.
